The House
St Mathurin is a pretty 4 bedroom stone built house that was originally part of a farm. It is set in a secluded garden with plenty of off road parking and is fully enclosed to provide plenty of security for children playing.
The village is very quiet and very close to the beach.
Ground Floor
Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen that was new in 2008.
Includes oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Lots of glasses, crockery, cutlery, picnic equipment and cooking utensils. Washing mashine is located in the Sun room at the rear of the house.
Lounge
Two large sofas that can also be used as sofabeds as well as a small two seat sofa. TV with english Sky television with all the common free to air channels. DVD player and some DVDs.
Sun Room
We refer to the rear dining room as the Sun room because it is totally surrounded with large sliding windows that makes a great bright room in the summer and all year round.
First Floor
Upstairs there are two double rooms, two twin rooms, one with an ensuite shower, bathroom and shower. All of the rooms are large and bright and recently decorated.
